The consumer can monitor and control the building by this device including 5.4” touch monitor with Persian font that is wireless and is related to equipment inside the building.
Node or Device
This module is installed next to the equipment which must be under control (blower stations as fancoils, split air conditioner, electrical and lightening equipment and …. ) to implement sent instructions or device requested information.
Variety of these modules depends on under control equipment and customer demands.
Router and coordinator network
There is a connection between central device an modules in a wireless network by router and coordinator network
Basic network concepts
1 Node or device: A radio receiver (module) that receives information from central device and implement received orders.
2- Repeater: Electronic equipment receives information from one side and sends to another side without any interference. It receives a signal and sends it with wider domain more energy. As result, it is possible to send signals to further distances. Since repeaters deal with real physical signals and don’t analyze sending data, this equipment operate in physical layer i.e. first layer of OSI model.
3- Router: The network equipment routes data packs through headers and sending tables. Routers operate network layer of OSI model. Routers also make connections between physical layers possible. It happens by checking hear of a data pack.
Routers follow routing contracts for instance at first chose the shortest way to contact each other and then configure the best one. Each router is usually connected to two network at least; usually local networks, vast networks or one local network and internet supplier.
Some of DSL and cable modems have a router for household use.
The noticeable point is that the routers, in wireless networks, function as Node and Device, so installing supplements such as repeaters is not necessary.
4- Wireless Sensor Network (WSN)
A sensor network has many Nodes which are widely spread in an area and collect the environment information. The location of nodes is not necessarily certain. This capability allows us to release them in places that are dangerous and out of access
In the other side, it means that protocols and algorithms should be self-organized. Coordination and cooperation between nodes is another unique feature of SN. Each node has a process unit on its board, so instead of sending all raw data to center or another node which is the processor, it performs the basic and simple process on the received data and then send the semi-processed data.
Although a sensor has inappreciable ability, hundreds of sensor provides new capabilities. Actually, WSN is powerful because of using a lot of self-organized nodes and can be used as simultaneous routers, monitoring unit of environmental circumstances, monitoring unit of a system structures and equipment correction.
WSN has a wide range of operations including agricultural use, medical use, industrial use and its use in army. One of the most common use of this technology is monitoring places that are out of access. For instance, leakage a chemical factory can be monitored by hundreds of sensors which automatically make a WN and inform the center in the case of leakage.
